Daniel Boulle – Domaine les Aphillanthes

In 1999, Daniel and his wife Hélène created Domaine les Aphillanthes.

The winery is situated in Travaillan, with vines around the village and on the garrigues of the village Sérignan. Since 2004, they have acquired parcels in Cairanne as well.

The 37 hectares are planted with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan (70 years old) and also in smaller quantities: Cinsault, Counoise, Clairette, Viognier and Roussanne. In 2003, they decided to convert to Organic and Biodynamic farming which naturally incited a total change in work methodology. Today the winery works with infusions; homeopathic mixtures; moon influences and many more. They are passionate about the environment and this can be tasted in their wines.
